Ab-Soul Says He Was 'Upset' After J. Cole Denied 'Herbert' Collab

Ab-Soul recently admitted he was "upset" with J. Cole for not collaborating on his 2022 album Herbert. (49:30)

During an interview with DJ Hed and Gina Views, Ab-Soul revealed that Cole was supposed to be featured on the track "FOMF," but the collaboration never materialized.

Despite the disappointment, Ab-Soul acknowledged Cole’s decision to jump on the song “Pi” instead, and they have since moved forward as friends and collaborators.
