Drake Seemingly Takes Shots At Soulja Boy On New Song With Lil Yachty

Drake seemingly fires back at Soulja Boy in a new unreleased song featuring Lil Yachty. The track, tentatively titled "Super Soak," was premiered on Kai Cenat's livestream on July 24, 2024. In the song, Drake raps, "I'm watching the moves playin' it close, SOD super soak," which appears to reference Soulja Boy's record label, Stacks on Deck, and his 2007 song "Super Soak."

This lyric is interpreted as a warning to Soulja Boy after his recent social media attack on Drake. Soulja Boy had criticized Drake for his handling of the feud with Kendrick Lamar and mocked him for collaborating with artists who didn't have his back.

Soulja Boy previously mocked Drake during a viral appearance on The Breakfast Club in 2019 and reiterated his disdain for Drake's actions in a 2022 interview with HipHopDX. The ongoing tension between the two rappers continues to unfold with this latest musical jab from Drake.
