Scheduled for July 18, the show was called off by Canadian police due to safety concerns, according to Schoolboy Q's posts on social media. He humorously acknowledged the situation, suggesting the feud between Kendrick and Drake played a role in the cancellation.

Despite the setback, Schoolboy Q took the cancellation in stride, laughing it off and noting the irony of the situation. The concert was part of his Blue Lips Weekends tour, which will continue in Chicago on July 20.
