Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Lawyer Resigns from Sex-Trafficking Case: ‘Under No Circumstances Can I Continue’

One of Sean "Diddy" Combs’ attorneys, Anthony Ricco, has officially withdrawn from his defense team in the ongoing criminal case involving allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Ricco’s resignation was approved by Judge Arun Subramanian, citing in his affidavit, “Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs.”

Reports indicate tensions within Diddy’s legal team, with Ricco allegedly frustrated over a lack of direct communication with the rapper and concerns about trial readiness.

Diddy’s trial is set for May 5, and he has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His legal team maintains that the allegations are baseless.
