Dody6 has publicly apologized to Kendrick Lamar after previously criticizing him over their collaboration on the track “Hey Now” from Lamar’s GNX album.

In a new social media post, Dody6 wrote, “I WANNA PUBLICLY APOLOGIZE TO Kendrick Lamar for CALLIN Cuz ah b*tch. He Is Far FROM THAT & Ain't Did Nothing But Bless Me n My Life.”

This apology follows Dody6’s earlier frustrations, where he vented about facing homelessness and claimed the collaboration hadn’t improved his situation.

He had made several disparaging remarks about Lamar, which he has now retracted.

Though it’s unclear what led to the change of heart, Dody6’s recent message shows a clear effort to mend the relationship and recognize Kendrick’s support.
