Kanye West Goes Off on JAY-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean & Others in Explosive Akademiks Interview

In a recent interview with DJ Akademiks, Kanye West took shots at several major artists, including JAY-Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Frank Ocean.
Speaking on JAY-Z, Kanye expressed disappointment over a lack of support during his family issues. He said, “JAY-Z, Beyoncé, you ain't help me when I was having problems with my kids. You could have used your influence.”
He also revisited past tensions, criticizing JAY-Z for not attending his wedding and questioning their friendship.
Turning to Kendrick Lamar, Kanye accused him of copying his work. “The last Kendrick album... is like a direct copy of The Life of Pablo,” he claimed.
He also questioned why Lamar was selected for the Super Bowl halftime show, implying he didn’t deserve the spotlight.
On Frank Ocean, Kanye made bold claims about his own musical dominance. “No one makes music that's nowhere as near as good as [me]. When I made ‘Moon,’ it basically ended Frank Ocean's [career],” he said.
The remarks have stirred debate across the music world, adding to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding West's public statements.
