Dwight Howard Claims LeBron James Was Behind His Exit from the Lakers

Dwight Howard has blamed LeBron James for getting him kicked off the Los Angeles Lakers following their 2020 NBA championship win.
Speaking on the Above The Rim with DH 12 podcast, Howard recalled a moment during the 2019-20 season when he told LeBron to "stop acting like a b*tch" during a defensive play.
He believes that single exchange led to the Lakers not re-signing him.
Howard previously had two stints with the Lakers, winning a championship in 2020 before his final NBA season in 2021. He later played overseas in Taiwan.
